As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I can help in finding relief from anxiety, relationship issues, panic based disorders, depression, and past trauma. My areas of expertise include working with men, women and adolescents through individual, group, and couples therapy, as well as parent/child relationship therapy. I also have extensive experience with working with individuals navigating through life transition related to grief/loss, divorce/separation, and life purpose.
